This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Company Name Ltd. uses on http://oneviewplayer.berkcan.tr, why they are used and how you can control them. General information on data processing is provided in our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. Local storage (localStorage) is a similar browser function that allows a website to keep small pieces of information on your device. Both are used, for example, to keep you signed in, to protect forms against misuse or to remember your language.
2. What we use
We use only strictly necessary cookies and storage entries. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, we do not embed third-party content and we do not load external fonts or tracking scripts.

3. Legal basis
Storing and reading these entries is strictly necessary to provide the website service you have expressly requested. Under the exception in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and the national laws implementing it, no consent is required for this. Any personal data involved are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. If we ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent beforehand and update this policy.
4. The App
The One View Player App does not use browser cookies. It stores its settings (for example, appearance, playback preferences and playlists you entered) locally on your device. Information on the data the App sends to our server is provided in the Privacy Policy.
5. How to control cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings, usually under "Privacy", "Cookies" or "Site data". Instructions are available in the help section of your browser. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies you may not be able to sign in or submit forms, and your language preference will not be remembered.
