Content Disclaimer & Notice-and-Action

This page explains that Company Name Ltd. does not provide any media content, describes your responsibility as a user and sets out how you can notify us of illegal use of our service. It supplements our Terms of Use.

1. We do not provide any content

One View Player is a media player only. The App and the website http://oneviewplayer.berkcan.tr do not contain, provide, sell, host or distribute any content, TV channels, films, series, streams or playlists. We have no business relationship with any playlist or content provider and we do not recommend any such provider. The App only plays playlists (M3U or Xtream Codes) that you obtain from a third party and enter yourself.

2. Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for the playlists you use and for ensuring that you are entitled to access and view their content under the applicable law and with the permission of the rights holders. Using the App to access content without authorisation is prohibited and may lead to the suspension of your device or account (see section 9 of the Terms of Use).

3. No review or endorsement of playlists

We do not monitor, check or endorse the playlists or content that users play. Playlist details are stored in encrypted form and are only viewed by authorised staff where necessary for support, for delivery to the device or to prevent illegal use (see our Privacy Policy). The fact that a playlist can be played with the App does not mean that its use is lawful.

4. Trademarks

Samsung and Tizen, LG and webOS, Android and Android TV, Apple, Apple TV, iOS and macOS, Windows and Xtream Codes are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used solely to describe the compatibility of the App. Company Name Ltd. is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these owners.

5. Notice-and-action procedure

In line with the principles of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), anyone can notify us if they believe that our service is being used to access illegal content, for example content that infringes copyright. Please send your notice by e-mail to support@berkcan.tr with the subject "Notice" and include:

  • a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the use to be illegal, including the rights concerned and, where applicable, proof of your rights or authority to act;
  • the most precise information possible to locate the use, for example the device ID, the server host name or playlist URL, if known;
  • your name and e-mail address (except for notices concerning certain offences where anonymity is permitted by law);
  • a statement confirming that you submit the notice in good faith and that the information and allegations it contains are accurate and complete.

We will confirm receipt of your notice, review it diligently and objectively without undue delay and inform you of our decision. Where justified, we may block the affected device, suspend the account, deactivate licenses or delete playlist records. Where possible, we inform the affected user of the measure and the reasons for it and give them the opportunity to respond. Manifestly unfounded or abusive notices will not be processed. Requests from competent authorities can be sent to hello@berkcan.tr.

6. Screenshots and sample content

Screenshots and images on http://oneviewplayer.berkcan.tr and in app store listings show fictional sample content created for illustration purposes only. They do not indicate that any specific content is available through the App.
